Sensirion SHT31-D sensor module on breakout with regulator and level-shifter. Relative humidity 0–100 % RH, typical accuracy ±2 % (±1.5 % in the 10–90 % range). Temperature −40 to +125 °C, accuracy ±0.3 °C. Fast I²C interface up to 1 MHz, two selectable addresses (0x44/0x45). Integrated heater to prevent condensation. Optional PTFE filter. 2.15 to 5.5 V power supply. Consumption 1.7 µA in sleep mode.
