Ultraviolet sensor module based on GUVA-S12SD photodiode on PCB breakout. Spectral sensitivity 240–370 nm (UVA/UVB), peak at 300 nm. Linear analog output: voltage proportional to UV intensity. Measurement range UV index 0 to 11+. 2.5 to 5 V power supply, typical current 0.1 mA. Response time < 0.5 s. Low noise. Applications: weather station with UV index, personal UV dosimeter, sun exposure monitoring, UV sterilization process control.
