Flux gel syringe 10cc, SMD/BGA specialist, dosing needle included
Flux gel in 10 cc syringe for SMD soldering and rework. Thick gel consistency that stays in place on pads without flowing. REL1 classified, rosin-activated. Excellent for hot air gun reflow soldering, BGA reballing and QFN/QFP component placement. Supplied with 20G dosing needle and cap. Activation temperature 150–350°C. Residues easily cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. Refrigerated storage recommended to extend shelf life.
