Solder paste (brazing cream) Sn63/Pb37 in 50g jar. Type 3 particle size (25–45 µm) suited for stencil screen printing for SMD components down to 0.5 mm pitch. Integrated no-clean flux, ROL1 class. Viscosity optimized for regular and smear-free deposition. Recommended reflow temperature 210–230°C (peak profile). Refrigerated shelf life (2–8°C): 6 months. Bring to room temperature 2h before use. Compliant with J-STD-005.
