High-speed CAN transceiver TJA1050 in a SOIC-8 package. Interface between the CAN controller (MCP2515, STM32) and the physical CAN bus. Data rate up to 1Mbps, ISO 11898 compliant. Up to 110 nodes on the bus. Differential CANH/CANL outputs with short-circuit protection. 5V supply, quiescent current 170µA. Silent mode available. Ideal companion to the MCP2515 for embedded CAN networks.
